No Hassle Returns

We obviously want you to be totally happy with your EuroTronixs purchase, which includes a hassle free returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.

If a part is faulty or defective then we're really sorry. Return it to us within 30 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we'll arrange a refund or for a replacement part to be sent to you.

If you've simply had a change of heart or if the item doesn't fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in re-saleable condition and its original packaging or we won't be able to refund you.

What next?

Please send us a message on our Contact Us form explaining the issue with the product and how you would like us to resolve the problem, Please allow upto 24 hours for us to reply to your email.

Pop your item in a jiffy bag or other appropriate packaging and post it back to us within 30 days of recieving the product.

Please ensure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.

We'll check your return and, if everything's OK, refund what you've paid for it within 14 working days to the original payment method.
